How it works
Title Case capitalizes the first letter of every word, including short words like of and the, and lowercases the rest. Acronyms like NASA become Nasa.
Sentence case lowercases everything, then capitalizes the first letter of the text and the first letter after a period, question mark or exclamation mark followed by a space.
camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case split words at spaces, punctuation and existing case changes, so firstName becomes first_name. Punctuation is dropped.
The code styles need at least one letter or number, or the tool shows an error.
UPPER CASE and lower case change only letters and leave spacing and punctuation as they are.
Everything runs in your browser. Your input is not uploaded or stored.
Questions and answers
How do I convert text to title case?
Paste the text, choose Title Case under Output case, and press Run. Every word then starts with a capital letter.
Will sentence case keep names capitalized?
No. It lowercases everything first, so names and acronyms need to be fixed by hand afterward.
How do I turn a phrase into camelCase or snake_case?
Choose camelCase, snake_case or kebab-case under Output case. A phrase like Useful data for teams becomes usefulDataForTeams, useful_data_for_teams or useful-data-for-teams.
Is my text uploaded?
No. The conversion is done by your browser, and the text does not leave your device.
