Who we are
This website is operated by Snowrock, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Traverse City, Michigan, under the SnowRock brand. “SnowRock,” “we” and “us” mean Snowrock, LLC.
The website describes our data brokerage services, offers free browser tools, publishes news, guides and research, and describes software and web projects.
Age
Our forms and services are for business representatives. The free tools are open to the public. If you are under 18, use them only with the permission of a parent or guardian. The website is not directed to children under 13.
Brokerage information
Brokerage information on this website is an invitation to discuss a potential engagement. It is not a data license, a purchase offer or a promise of payment.
Data owners and buyers agree the material, permitted uses, price, delivery and payment terms in a separate agreement. SnowRock’s work and fees are also agreed in writing.
Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership, grant a license or give SnowRock access to business systems. Our initial service focuses on U.S. business introductions. Owners deliver datasets and evaluation samples directly to buyers under their own agreements. Please do not send those materials to SnowRock.
Examples on this website explain the types of data a buyer might seek. They do not represent an available inventory or a guarantee that a particular company’s data will be purchased.
Any payout or value estimate on this website is illustrative. It is not an offer or a quote. A buyer may offer less, or there may be no offer. Any referral reward must be agreed in writing before an introduction and is payable only after an eligible company completes a data license and the buyer pays.
If you have a signed agreement with SnowRock, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Our calculators and utilities are free and need no account.
Results are general estimates, not advice. Financial, tax, retirement, loan and health results are general estimates based only on what you enter. They are not financial, tax, investment, legal or medical advice. Using a tool does not make SnowRock your adviser or create any professional relationship.
Results can be wrong or incomplete. They may leave out facts that matter to you, and tax rules, rates and other published figures change and vary by person and place. A tool may not reflect the latest rules. A body mass index result is a screening number, not a diagnosis.
Confirm any important decision with a qualified professional, such as a tax adviser, financial adviser, lender or doctor, before you act.
Check the output of data, developer, security and conversion tools before you rely on it, especially in production systems or anything that affects other people.

Articles, guides, templates and research are general information. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice, and they may become out of date. Sources are named where they are used, and third-party material remains the property of its owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or violates someone else’s rights;
- attack, probe, overload or disrupt the website, or bypass its security or abuse protections;
- use automated access in a way that impairs the website or ignores our robots.txt file;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- submit false inquiries or impersonate someone;
- submit another person’s information without permission;
- send raw datasets, customer or employee records, passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive information through our forms or email;
- present our tools or content as your own, or suggest that SnowRock endorses you without our written permission.
We may block access or remove a request if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Content and ownership
The website, including its text, research, tools, design and branding, belongs to SnowRock or its licensors. You may view it and use the tools for your personal or internal business purposes. Unless a page says otherwise, please do not copy, republish or resell substantial parts of it without our written permission.
We do not claim ownership of what you enter into a tool or of the output you create for your own use.
If you believe something on the website infringes your copyright, email x@snowrock.com with the page address and enough detail for us to review it.
Links and other sites
The website links to third-party sources and to separate websites, including project websites such as ForexRates, Kinged and NameTurbo. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.
No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the website, tools and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website or any tool will be error-free or always available.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- SnowRock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, tax penalties or losses from decisions you make based on the website or a tool; and
- SnowRock’s total liability for all claims relating to the website, the tools or these terms is limited to $100.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. It does not change the liability terms of a separate signed agreement.
Your responsibility
To the extent the law allows, if your misuse of the website or breach of these terms causes a third-party claim against SnowRock, you are responsible for the reasonable losses and costs that result.
Changes
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website or any tool at any time. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date on this page. Updated terms apply to use of the website after they are posted.
Governing law and disputes
Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Any court case about these terms or the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either side may use a small claims court where it has jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that the law says cannot be waived. A separate signed agreement’s dispute terms apply to disputes under that agreement.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
