Do I need to know what to build before contacting you?

No. Describing the job that eats the most hours is enough. Deciding what is worth building is the first two weeks of the work.

How do you handle our data during an engagement?

Access is scoped to the systems a use case actually needs, and data stays in your environment wherever the design allows it. Where a model provider is involved, the choice and the data path are written down before anything is built.

Who will I be working with?

The people who do the work. SnowRock is a small firm, so the person who runs the diagnostic is the person who writes the code.
