SnowRock reviewed 29 primary sources on October 28, 2026. An entry qualified when an official page, public form, company report or government document showed external-data acquisition, solicitation or evaluation and supplied a concrete data, delivery, rights or handling criterion. This selected collection is not an exhaustive directory or a representative survey.

Adobe commissions assignments; ElevenLabs accepts individual voice contributions. Balyasny’s Antenna invites signal evaluation, with purchasing unconfirmed. Government programs can require a separate solicitation. Product examples and existing inputs stay labeled. Eight questions are paraphrases of published forms or guidance, rather than acceptance thresholds.

SnowRock compared field values with their cited sources and checked that CSV and JSON summaries agree. JSON preserves the field-to-source links and a dated source list.

Public evidence does not establish an active budget, open tender, dataset price or broker referral fee. Forms were read without submission. Recheck current eligibility and deadlines at the source. Updates require another source review and a changed review date.

Earlier SnowRock research examined permitted uses in twelve supplier-license documents. This collection adds named organizations and their public provider requirements.
