An introduction or a sourcing assignment?

Two ways to work with SnowRock, depending on whether a source is already in view.

An introduction

When a company appears relevant to a buyer’s needs, SnowRock can arrange an introduction with permission. A buyer-paid fee is agreed in advance, including the event that makes it payable.

The data owner and buyer discuss the license. SnowRock’s introduction fee is separate from the seller’s proceeds.

A commissioned search

A sourcing assignment begins with a buyer’s written request. The buyer commissions SnowRock to research companies against that request and bring suitable sources into a conversation.

The agreement defines the search, what SnowRock will deliver, the fee and the schedule. A paid search does not guarantee that every company will agree to license its data.

Choose the work you need

An introduction is useful when a possible match already exists. An assignment is useful when finding the sources is the work.

In either case, clear requirements save time. Explain the task, industry, data format, permissions, budget and deadline at the start.

Talk to SnowRock about your data or your next sourcing request.
